How do I care for my ceramic items?

Everything is dishwasher and microwave safe. To prevent cracking, please avoid sudden temperature changes and direct heat.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

I take care to wrap everything beautifully and safely. If you would like me to include a gift note, please leave a message as you checkout.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please email me a picture to ceramicsbysunny@gmail.com and depending on stock and timings, I can offer a refund or replacement.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship to the UK, Ireland, United States, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Italy. The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the weight of the items in your basket.

Which couriers do you use?

Within the UK I ship orders with Evri, and international orders are sent with DPD.

What is your return policy?
